The World Bread Day.

Bread is a simple food, fundamental in the dietary culture of every civilization. The history of bread has ancient origins and over the centuries, it has assumed the role of a connection to tradition, the land, and the spirituality of many cultures. The love for bread is not just due to its goodness but also to its resilience over time, making it a symbol of shared sustenance.

An element so vital to the table could only be celebrated with a day entirely dedicated to its various aspects. Since 2006, the 16th of October has been celebrated as World Bread Day.
