The White Wholegrain Rosellina is made with White Flour, which possesses all the benefits of whole grain flours, even superior, without the irritating effects of insoluble fiber.
Wholegrain Flour is an alternative flour, having a higher availability of soluble fiber, about 30% more than traditional whole grain flour. It results in a type 0 white flour but with reduced glycemic impact. It doesn’t raise blood sugar levels and keeps them under control compared to equivalent flours, a primary objective in dietary regimes observed in populations at risk of diabetes and metabolic syndrome (elderly, pregnant women, etc.).
