The culinary tradition of Reggio Emilia, based on handmade Cappelletti served inside a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano, accompanied by a platter of premium quality cold cuts and cheeses produced in our region, created with care and dedication. Panificio Melli invites you on Wednesday, November 16th for a tasting dinner at its restaurant in Piazza San Prospero 5/H in Reggio Emilia to offer some of the best food-gastronomic products from our region.

A tranquil, carefree, and romantic evening in the renewed venue of Panificio Melli, immersed in the wonderful view of one of the most picturesque squares in Reggio Emilia, namely Piazza San Prospero.

The evening’s menu will be as follows:

Starter: from the oven (pizza gnocco erbazzone).
First course: cappelletti in broth served in a Parmigiano Reggiano wheel.
Second course: platter of select cold cuts and cheeses.
Dessert: assortment of oven-baked cakes.
Lambrusco or prosecco wine.
